Wellness & Nutrition

Kim M. Jeter, NTP,CNHP

Kim is the founder and owner of Jeter Wellness which offers education, support, and guidance in creating a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Kim specializes in reestablishing the body’s innate healing processes with the foundational principals from the Body Ecology Diet, Paleo, and Nutritional Therapy Association philosophies. Kim was initially drawn to the medical-health field in her early 20s. However, after working in a hospital and assisting several local doctors, she realized that this did not represent her idea of true health and wellness. This became a catalyst for her journey toward educating people on the ability of self-healing. The fact that she had overcome a 10-year eating disorder along with years of blood sugar dysregulation by changing her diet was a testament to the key role food plays in one’s health. In 1989, Kim began working with a chiropractor where she learned the importance of an active lifestyle, healthy eating, and supportive supplementation. After ten years of self education garnered from the chiropractic community she joined forces with a local health food store where she quickly became known as a wellness coach.

Over the years, Kim continued her education and received certifications in whole food nutrition, iridology, Bach Flower Remedies, Biodecoding, hormone health, digestive health, and enzyme therapy. In 2014, she became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and is now working toward a certification as a Restorative Wellness Practitioner.

disease nor practicing medicine.
